Kaeley Smith is a Principal Consultant at Nicriel Partners and leads the Corporate Services division.

Kaeley has been in the Recruitment Industry since 2007 working for one of Australia’s largest publicly listed organisations in the area of business services.

Since then Kaeley has worked across a diverse range of industries, from small privately-owned companies, through to recognised multi-national organisations and has experience in providing advice and solutions to corporate services professionals in managing hiring projects during system implementations, shared service set-ups, and office relocations.

With a passion for building long term relationships with both candidate and client she has been able support them through the growth, development and progression of their careers, and many of the candidates she has been able to assist are now clients today.

Holding a deep respect for the support roles that allow an organisation to operate smoothly, Kaeley has developed an incredibly strong network over the past 10 years in Industry and is responsible for leading the team across temporary, contract and permanent solutions in areas such as Administration, Customer Service, Call Centre, Sales, Accounting, Finance and Human Resources.
