Rob Esposito leads Nicriel Partners and is a qualified Human Resource professional.  Since 1998 Rob has been focused in the talent acquisition industry and has significant expertise in areas such as executive search, business advice and consulting, government liaison and market research.

He has worked extensively in Nicriel’s key sectors developing his expertise to cover executive searches. Rob provides substantial value to his clients by consulting on retention, sourcing and securing talent in the marketplace, as well as designing talent acquisition campaigns to target key sector professionals.

Rob created Nicriel Partners with the primary focus of providing targeted executive search services across the Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors.

Prior to launching Nicriel Partners in January 2010, Rob started his career in interim search and carved out a reputation for securing talent that was not readily available.

Rob then joined one of Australia’s largest publicly owned recruitment firms in 2002. During this time Rob expanded his talent acquisition methodology experience to cover executive search and was responsible for growing teams across Australia to service the Operations and Engineering sectors.

Rob has spent his career building talent acquisition teams in both large and small organisations and now uses this experience as the Managing Director for Nicriel Partners.

Rob is also an active member of the Australian Institute of Directors.
