Richard is a Principal Consultant at Nicriel Partners and has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has built a reputation as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to various National and International businesses within the Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors both across private and government portfolios.

Richard has carved a reputation as being able to identify difficult to source talent in order to facilitate significant change programs across businesses allowing them to prosper within a highly demanding commercial climate.

Prior to joining Nicriel Partners, Richard started his career in technical and executive recruitment in 2012, having previously worked in managerial and technical roles within Heavy Manufacturing and FMCG in the UK.

With an Engineering, Operational management and recruitment background, he brings a unique understanding to a client’s business and its talent requirements.
