
Senior Sales Coordinator

The Role:
Working in partnership with the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the Customer Service and Sales support function, play an integral role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, distribution partners, Sales Manager’s and the production team and manage the sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring the organisation’s sales goals and objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end sales order process, including order entry, tracking, and invoicing
- Preparing detailed quotes, proposals, tenders, and contracts for products, and related services
- Collaborating with the logistics and production teams to monitor stock levels, production schedules, back orders and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders
- Diary Management and the organisation of Sales meetings, Industry events and the annual sales conference
- Screening electronic Tender and Project portals to assist with lead generation
- Working in partnership with the Marketing Manager to maintain and continue to develop marketing collateral, social media campaigns, case studies, promotions and the events calendar
- Owning and championing the sales order process, identifying areas for continuous improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Mentoring junior sales administrators, sharing best practices and ensuring team efficiency
- Generating and analysing sales reports to track performance against targets, identify trends and provide actionable insights to the sales manager to support decision-making and strategy development.
Your Profile:
You are a passionate and high-energy professional, who has proven experience in a similar Sales support role, managing complex administrative tasks. Prior experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and your ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to get the job done will be critical for your success and ability to hit the ground running.
You will have;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills and you aren’t afraid to hold people accountable
- Razor sharp attention to detail
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with have the ability to multitask and reprioritise when business demands are changed.
- A passion for going above and beyond when partnering with your customers to provide exceptional service levels and improving operational processes and performance
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Further education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded
