Project Manager

Our client is a Local Council who have a unique geography and footprint, where the community expects high-level outcomes and an experience that supports community needs.

Currently, they have a large project pipeline of works and require a Project Manager on a contract basis to support these projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to manage all aspects of the projects, including budgets, planning and scheduling, quality control, compliance, works and reporting through to completion.

To be successful in the role, you with be degree-qualified in a relevant discipline, have experience in a variety of project scopes including roads and buildings, and be able to demonstrate a strong ability to project manage through numerous stakeholders.

A large proportion of works provided are outsourced to contractors, as such, it is expected that the successful candidate will have experience with a similar model to ensure works are performed inline with expectations and compliance requirements, resulting in positive outcomes for the community. 

There is a chance the contract term could be extended, and the role is immediately available.
