Full Job Description
Our client is a leader in providing integrated solutions in the construction and Asset Management sectors, with humble beginnings over 25 years ago they are now a leader in their field with 20 locations and over 900 employees across Australia and New Zealand.
Currently they in looking to source a Group Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Reporting to a forward thinking and hands on Executive this role will look after all areas of the Human Resources function and will form a key part of the executive team.
Key responsibilities:
- The management and development of the internal HR function to support internal client groups in all HR matters.
- Developing, maintaining, and implementing human resource systems, processes, and procedures with a focus on safety, industrial relations, culture and employee engagement,
- Providing mentoring, coaching, and recommendations to the leadership team in HR matters.
- The constant development of a learning and development framework to ensure continual professional development and people have the knowledge they need to do their job well.
- Providing advice and recommendations around employee relations.
- Overseeing the current and future people and growth needs of the organisation.
Ideal background:
To be considered for this role, you will be ideally degree-qualified in Human Resources or a relevant discipline who is passionate, energetic, and agile.
You will have gained relevant experience working within blue-collar or trades environments with sound knowledge of HR legislation and have demonstrated experience in developing systems in the areas of industrial relations, people management and talent.
A hands-on professional, you will be a visual leader with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders, forming positive working relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving change and continuous improvement.
Furthermore, it is imperative that you have strong communication skills both written and verbal which will ensure your success in the role.
